When the Native dance

The 225 remaining Brazilian native ethnicity have a wide range of dance traditions. These are some of them:

 

Xavante (group comprising some 10,000 people living in the state of Mato Grosso)

Pataxó (from the South of Bahia)

Kayapó (from Xingu Native Park, in Central Brazil)

Kalapalo (Upper Xingu region)

And here the Kalapalo celebrate the Kuarup Festival, the main funeral ritual celebrated in the Xingu National Park.
